What a great selection for those of us with gluten-free in the house. Suppose I’ll find we all should be gluten free.
    Thanks!

I haven’t tried dropping gluten from our diet but with my eczema, I’ve definitely considered it. This would be a great kick-start.

I would love the Family Favorites book. I’m only 19, and 3 years ago I gave up gluten. Since then, I’ve had to prepare ALL my own dinners and lunches, and sometimes I wish my parents and sister would delve in and try some of my dishes so we could all eat together. Now that the recipes would come from a book, HOPEFULLY that would validate that the dishes are “tasty enough” for them!

This would be fantastic – my doctor put me on a gluten free diet last year for 2 months and I felt amazing, but I was not eating well balanced meals and it was completely unsustainable. I’d love to give it another try with better resources, such as these amazing cookbooks!
