A Blueberry A Day, Keeps The Doctor Away

Blueberries are excellent at fighting free radicals. You may be asking, “free what”? Free radicals.

Free radicals are responsible for aging, tissue damage, and possibly some diseases. Not to mention, they are packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients, potassium, and vitamin C. This is why you need blueberries in your diet – try to eat at least a 1/2 cup a day.
Blueberries are great at:

  • Slowing age-related mental illnesses
  • Lowering your chance of Urinary Tract Infections
  • Reducing cancers and heart disease
