Every morning my alarm clock goes off at 5:35 a.m. with just enough time to grab my favorite prAna yoga clothes to get to the studio for my 6 a.m. hot yoga class. I take my dog for a walk now that the temperature has finally dropped to a comfortable level.
My husband and I recently found out that we are expecting and, to try to stay fit, I’ve joined a prenatal yoga class. It’s tough — no relaxing and easy stretching here! It’s set up to prepare your mind for what you’ll feel during labor and delivery and how to cope with that. It’s how I’m finding my own groove and being myself through this whole experience. #JustBeYou
I just be me by not worrying about what other people think and just doing what makes me happy. I wear what I like, eat what I like, do what I like and surround myself with people who love me for me.

I have my own little varies morning exercise routine that takes between 7-12 minutes every morning. It’s a quick way I can fit exercise into my schedule. 🙂 I also have a once a week yoga class that is very relaxing and enjoyable.

I love to just take 20 minutes and do a series of yoga poses/stretches in my living room. It is such a simple thing that makes such a big difference in my day.

i love to create things with my hands! i used to do quite a bit of sewing projects or making home decor, but since the birth of our son in january i’ve been a little bit short on free time so i channel my creativity into the food i make for our meals and making things for our baby! i love being a mama 🙂
