Did You Know Your Home Can Go Solar for Zero Down?

Living in Florida, solar energy just makes sense – it is almost always sunny here. Eben’s school has solar panels (intro photo) – next I would love if our home did. I love that there are more options becoming available for residences to run on solar – options that are affordable and easy for homeowners. I have been looking for solar options that are available in Florida. Tough.

New: Fluf | Apple and Orange Organic Snack Packs

I am a huge fan of small reusable snack bags – I can not stand plastic baggies, they are so wasteful and toxic! These new apple and orange snack packs from Fluf make me smile. I love the super cute fruit prints and these little cuties are machine washable. How great is that? Made from organic cotton and printed with water-based pigments they are free of BPA, phthalates and lead. Wouldn’t these be perfect for school snacks for the littles?

Does your child take their lunch to school? If so, have you checked out the eco-friendly, stainless steel lunchboxes from PlanetBox. PlanetBox is the best lunch box option that we have come across. I love that the lunch box is stainless steel which means, it is heavy-duty, easy to clean, safe for Eben to eat out of and eco-friendly. Not to mention, Eben’s lunch is zero waste and this will be the only lunch box that I have to buy for him!

Eben loves his PlanetBox because of the cool fish magnets that it came with and the red carrying case that make toting lunch to school every day a breeze.
