Lately I have been thinking that it would be nice for Jayson and I to plan a quiet afternoon for the two of us. I was thinking that it would be lovely to take a drive to the countryside or mountainside and have a fabulous picnic lunch. Wouldn’t it be nice to lay out a large Eco friendly picnic blanket in a meadow and enjoy a quiet lunch together in nature? I am thinking Cibatta bread with olive oil, fresh tomatoes and basil, fresh fruit, a lovely salad and a bottle of Pinot Grigio. I would love to pack this all up in a wonderful Eco friendly picnic basket and spend the afternoon chatting, reminiscing and laughing in the breeze.
Maybe I have been thinking about this because our 10 year Anniversary is October 2nd. 10 years? I can’t believe it. It seems just like yesterday that I met the lovely Mr. Sweet Greens. {who only gets better and better each year} I think I will plan this romantic picnic for two as part of our Anniversary celebration.
