Fab Green Find:: Inhabit Living {Coupon Code!}

There is something about Fall that just makes me want to curl up on the sofa with a good book, a nice cup of tea, a super cozy throw and Eben’s hair on my neck. Is it the cooler weather? Maybe. Is it because the days seem shorter? Probably. Maybe it is just because it feels like the perfect time to slow down after a super busy summer and relax. Whatever the reason, I really enjoy it. Every night after dinner, we either snuggle up and listen to Mr. Sweet Greens read to us. {More on what we are currently reading, coming soon.} or we lay on pillows on the floor and play board or card games. It is a lovely way to relax after a day of work and school and reconnect before bedtime.

I recently received a fab Inhabit Living Sunshine organic cotton/bamboo blend throw and it has become the go to throw in our home. It seems like everyone is always fighting over it. Once in a while, Jayson will get home early from work before anyone else and I will find him snoozing on the sofa wrapped up in it. At snuggle reading time each night, Eben races me to the sofa, in hopes that he will reach the throw first. And I personally, one day last week, stayed snuggled up in the throw all day long. I think the reason that this throw is such a hit (besides the fact that it is organic) is because for one, it is huge, 60×84 to be exact, so it is the perfect size for adults. It is comfy, and made with a smart Oeko-Tex® Certified 80% bamboo/20% organic cotton fabric blend, which makes the throw super soft and cuddly, and last but not least, it is beautiful. It is a fabulous orange {sunshine} color, which by the way is my favorite color and has a knitted design that is elegant. I also love that it gives my living room a splash of fun color.

Inhabit Living was founded by a husband and wife design team, Mike and Jennifer Tuttle. Mike and Jennifer share a love for great design and Inhabit Living allows them the time to talk, think and design without being absent from their personal commitments to each other. {lovely} Mike and Jennifer are both professional graphic designers who design everything in the Inhabit Living line from scratch. I love Inhabit Livings designs, color combinations and choice of fabrics. My favorites are, of course, the Current Throw in Sunshine, but I also love the Aequorea in Chocolate and Silver Organic Bedding and the handmade sustainable modern pillows, because who wouldn’t love pillows with fab chairs from the 1920’s, 40’s and 50’s. These are all definitely on my wish list.

With the holidays right around the corner, you should definitely check out Inhabit Living, it is the perfect place to find a fab gift that will leave a lasting impression. Mike and Jennifer @ Inhabit Living has been so lovely to offer all of Sweet Greens readers 15% off your order with the coupon code sweetgreens valid through December 1, 2009.
