Hello, Friends! How was your week? Were you able to get back into the swing of things? Do you have fun plans for the weekend? I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend at the beach – it is the only thing that I absolutely want to do!
While I pack my beach bag, here are a few green things for you to enjoy this weekend:
– Long Island Cheese Pumpkin Dumplings – yum!
– The world’s first vertical forest is nearly complete – I would love to visit.
– These recycled puzzles are really cool and would make a great gift.
– Chocolate Studded Oatmeal Bars sound delicious.
– Eben isn’t crazy about broccoli – however, I bet he would love these broccoli popper bites.
– I am starting to fill up my Green Valentine Pinterest Board!
– I could spend an afternoon making felt Penguins!
– Am I the only one who has a huge crush on Quails?
– Wow! I want a tomato and goat cheese sandwich!
I hope you have a great weekend full of fun and hopefully a little sunshine. I will see you back here on Monday!
xo,
Sweet Greens
ah man…hating you so much right now…have not seen the ocean since 2005 after seeing it every year since I was two years old before that! breaks my heart! you are so lucky to be able to go so often!
wow that vertical forest is wild…not sure how I feel about it because of the building materials that must be used…plus just wish the trees could be on land where they belong and not up in the sky on a man-mad structure…but I guess for big cities where there just isn’t any land to be had, its better than having no trees at all! cool concept for sure.
OMG those felted penguins in the ice tray are adorable!!!! love them!
in my old house, we actually had a visit from a member of the quail family once. A Northern Bobwhite came and stayed in our backyard for a day. It was AMAZING!!!
oooo hubby would love that mater sammie! lol
Hi Angie,
I agree – we are very lucky to live so close. When we lived in Colorado – I missed the ocean almost every day!
Wow! I would love to have a quail visitor, we also had a bobcat visit us when we lived in Georgia for one day and it was amazing!
WOW! A bobcat would be even cooler for this catlady! LOL
