Mr. Sweet Greens wants to build a tiny home in the woods of North Carolina. He loves the idea of living in Florida during the school year and when school is out – head for the hills for the summer. We are planning a upcoming trip to look at property. I really like this little lovely space from Jeffrey S. Broadworth. Doesn’t it look cozy? Can you imagine enjoying dinner with that view?
Are you getting ready for Halloween? Now, that I am home from Cascadian Farm – I want to dedicate this weekend to decorating for Halloween with my boys. I saw these Halloween treats over at Martha Stewart – and really I can’t wait to start baking.

This weekend Cascadian Farm is participating in the Skagit Valley’s Festival of Family Farms which I am so excited to be apart of. I am excited to take a tour of the farm with the head organic farmer, Jim. We will also be visiting a nearby fish ladder and visiting all of the nearby property. How fun is that? I only wish that Mr. Sweet Greens and Eben could be here with me to pick pumpkins and go for a hayride. I will take a lot of pictures to share with you next week.
I can’t wait to get home, decorate for Halloween with Eben and make my favorite pumpkin chocolate cookies with him.
