Christmas is in the air! One of my favorite holiday traditions is creating festive decorations for our home with my son. We especially enjoy taking items headed for the garbage or recycling bin and giving them new life as something bright and cheery for the holidays.
Making a fun, colorful wreath for your front door is a great way to welcome visitors with cheery decor. I recently rounded up several recycled wreaths that I could make on a weekend afternoon with my son. Here are seven very cleverly crafted wreaths that I came across which utilize everything from recycled wine corks and leftover pieces of wrapping paper to broken holiday lights and dad’s least favorite neckties! Jump over to Inhabitots to see all of these inspiring wreaths and pick one out to create with your children this coming chilly winter weekend.
