Hello, Friends. What are your weekend plans? Since Hurricane Irene decided not to visit Florida, we plan to spend the weekend at the beach. We have been spending a lot of our beach time, eco-walking. What could be better than spending an afternoon strolling our favorite beaches and cleaning them up along the way? (It would be better if our coastlines and oceans didn’t need cleaning up!) Do you eco-walk, eco-run or eco-hike?
While I get ready for an afternoon at the beach, here are a few green things to take you into the weekend:

– Mr. Sweet Greens wants to build one of these in North Carolina.
– And I want one of these!
– Let’s make veggie stuffed baked potatoes.
– Life is a bowl of cherries.
