    I have never had pumpkin in anything savory like this because, in general, I hate all forms of squash. BUT I love pumpkin desserts…hmmm…wonder if this is one squash I would actually like in a savory dish?

    I bet you would love it! Eben was skeptical and then ate his entire plate and asked for more! The mister has a great way to making squash taste amazing.
