An occasion on which I can add small surprises and sweet gestures to his day — to express the sentiment that he is super special to me.

Today, as a member of the Target Inner Circle I am super excited to share my 9 favorite organic and all-natural beauty care products. Target has also been so generous to provide me with three reusable shopping bags full of those favorites to share with three of my lovely readers. Yay!
Let’s get to it! As you already know when it comes to my daily organic beauty care regimen, I am a super laid back, natural girl. I have never worn a lot of makeup, in fact when I was in Minneapolis for my photo shoot with the Target Inner Circle – I felt a little silly because it was the first time I had put on eyeliner and I needed help from Sonia Kashuk, her good friend and acclaimed makeup artist Edward Cruz – and my lovely friend Patrice. Ha!
Back to organic beauty care – I wanted this giveaway to focus on my personal everyday routine starting in the shower, then finishing with the cosmetics that I use everyday. I really wanted to highlight that you can find organic and all-natural beauty care products at Target that are just as affordable as their conventional counterparts and that really work too – making it super easy for you to remove all of the toxins and chemicals from your bathroom vanity.
Let’s get started. First up, when it comes to shampooing and conditioning, my favorite all-natural products right now from the gĂĽd collection via Burt’s Bees (EIGHT + NINE). I have been really impressed – for such an affordable brand it leaves my long hair feeling soft, clean and smelling amazing (like pears!). When it comes to body and facial wash – I stick with Dr. Bronner’s lavender soap (FIVE) and Avalon Organics cleansing gel (FOUR) – these are both super affordable and leave my skin feeling fresh without drying it out.
Before putting on my makeup, I always apply Avalon Organics vitamin c moisture plus lotion with SPF 15 (TWO). I go a little crazy with the sunscreen (I do live in Florida so I am really concerned about sun damage), I apply it to my face, ears, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and decolletage. Then, I use J.R. Watkins lotion (SIX) in grapefruit on the rest of my body – best scent ever! Again, my makeup routine is super simple for my average day-to-day, I use Physician’s Formula Mineral Wear flawless powder and pressed blush (SEVEN), followed by a swipe or two of Organic Wear organic mascara (ONE). Easy Peasy.
