After tossing countless empty toilet paper rolls into the recycling bin, we decided to upcycle them into new objects. First on our list, recycled toilet paper roll race cars. My son’s first idea was that they needed to be designed to fit a LEGO mini-figure at the wheel. One of my favorite memories growing up is making peanut butter cookies with my mom – they are her favorite! Now, as a mom myself I cherish making peanut butter cookies with my own child.
