The best part – when you find a great Fair Trade Certified product in your area, you can add it to the map for others in your area to find too. Yay! It’s called the Fair Trade Finder and the mobile app is available via iPhone, Android and Facebook. I think this is a fantastic idea, because I am always excited when I do find Fair Trade Certified products at Costco or my local grocery store – now I can share it with others too.

It’s easy, simply download the app, plug in your zip code and start searching. Then, when you find a Fair Trade Certified product, add it to the app for others to find!

Have a Lovely Weekend + A Few Green Things

Hello, Friends. It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is next week, I am so excited! I am looking forward to spending five whole days with Eben and Mr. Sweet Greens – It will be like a mini-vacation at our house! Tonight, Eben and I are going to visit Eben’s 96 year old great-grandparents. The rest of the weekend is going to be devoted to: picking up fresh goodies from the Farmer’s Market for Thanksgiving dinner, deciding which desserts I will be making for the big day and making some simple, eco-friendly Thanksgiving decorations and crafts with Eben.

How about you, what are your weekend plans? Are you spending the days snuggled up at home preparing for Thanksgiving? Or do you have plans to get out and about in the cool weather? While I wrap up the afternoon, here are a few green things to keep you entertained all weekend long.
