I am a huge planner person. My entire life is written down and planned out, sometimes weeks or months in advance. Everything that I do everyday is catalogued, that is just the type of person that I am. I learned a long time ago, that if I am super organized, then I am super happy. This is because I am never stressed out about what I have forgotten to do or realized at the last minute that something important needs to be done. I love, love, love these Eco friendly planners from Letter C Design. They are so simple and pretty.

You could print with soy or water based ink onto 100% post consumer recycled paper and wrap up a delicious organic and fair trade chocolate bar or too. Goodness another birthday, I can hardly believe it. Do you remember when I said ‘I want a fairy house?‘ Well, guess what Mr. Sweet Greens and Eben remembered and that is exactly what I received for my birthday. My fairy garden comes complete with a lovely little chair for her to sit in and gardening tools to garden, of course. Also, my fairy will live in a cactus and succulent garden because that is just how I roll. Aren’t birthday’s fun?
Other fun goodies I recieved for my birthday:: A fantastic homemade birthday dinner with my lovely husband and son {we celebrated on Sunday}, A lovely bracelet from my mother and father, fun music from my father in law {have you heard of Richard Cheese?}, gifts cards from my best girlfriends and mother and father in law, another bracelet from my best friend, and fantastic books for my kindle from my sister and brother in law.

Today’s Earth friendly Etsy Shop is Bodhicitta. Bodhicitta is a fantastic shop full of wonderful glassware made from recycled wine bottles. Fantastic, no? Zeke, a glass artist and the owner of Bodhicitta has been manipulating glass since high school. Zeke decided to use liquor bottles as his preferred medium because he loves, “the metaphor of redemption, the phoenix, the underdog comeback that can be found in reclaimed glass. This is the exact reason that I love Bodhicitta.
Zeke also choose liquor bottles because only 25% of glass bottles are recycled and he wanted to find a way to give bottles a new life. Also, Zeke has been able to quit his day job to focus on his art, you can read more about his transition on the Etsy blog.
Wouldn’t this glassware be fantastic in your kitchen? I love the different shades of colors and think this is a fabulous idea. Wouldn’t these make fabulous housewarming gifts? Does your love have a favorite beer, how about a set of recycled beer bottle glasses or soda bottle glasses for the kids?
