Why Fruit Based Makeup from 100 Percent Pure is the Real Deal

Makeup-Fruit

I was relatively new to 100 Percent Pure and I wanted to check it out to see what it was really about. It’s an online cosmetic shop, I knew that much, but I wanted to see if it was really as natural as what I’d heard. In particular, I wanted to know more about the fruit based makeup. It just seemed like such a great idea; I wondered what it would be like. I was very pleasantly surprised! This stuff is wonderful.

Their line of cosmetics, beauty products, and skincare really is pure; it’s organic and all natural. The use of all of the really great natural ingredients is designed to give your skin the maximum benefits, and of course the natural quality means that it’s non-irritating which is something that I really value. Chemicals and fragrances that aren’t natural are full of all sorts of gunk that your skin ends up absorbing. No thanks.

I love the ingredients that they use. In particular, all of the naturally occurring vitamins… and essential oils! And there is no animal testing or animal ingredients. It’s all vegan.

On to the fruit makeup. Where can you find makeup with an ingredient list like this?

Rice, Rosehip, Avocado Butter, Cocoa, Pomegranate, Cranberry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry, Apricot, Peach, Cabernet Grapes, Chamomile, Goji Berry, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and mica for natural shimmer.

That is literally the ingredient list that makes up the Fruit Pigmented Pink Champagne Luminescent Powder. You could eat this stuff! It’s a wonderful product, particularly for summer. It’s a summer blush, very light and refreshing.

Then there’s the Lip Creamstick: Vitamint in Dragon Fruit. There are other colors to choose from as well, but I love the exotic and refreshing nature of the dragon fruit. If you’ve ever eaten one, the flavour is mild but delicious. It seems like the perfect ingredient for summer. This is a moisturizing, minty lip tint color that also softens the lips. It’s made of Pomegranate, Jojoba, Candelilla, Carnauba, Shea Butter, Argan Oil, Vitamin E, Pomegranate, Peach, Cherry, Raspberry, Tomato, Cocoa, Oregano, Thyme, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Lavender, Goldenseal, Rice, Peppermint, Zinc, Lonicera Caprifolium Flower Extract, and Honeysuckle. The products are made in a shared facility that produces other brands of makeup so any disclaimer of “may contain” something or other is there kind of like when something is made in a facility that makes other products with peanuts.

There are some great coupons available for 100 Percent Pure as well. For example:

Free Shipping On $50+ Orders

Spend at least $50 on all-natural body washes, shower gels, and more at 100% Pure and get free shipping.

I’m really happy with these products and I think it’s absolutely terrific that makeup like this is becoming available, not only in specialized little shops, but on a widespread basis thanks to the internet and great shipping availability. Check out their products and if you find something you like, let me know about it! I’d love to hear from you.
