2012 Green Holiday Giveaway Week #10: 12 Seedbomb Packages $100

Giveaway number ten another great stocking stuffer for the guerrilla gardener in your life! I am giving 12 lucky readers a package of 12 Seedbombs!

Each cardboard package of Seedbombs includes hundreds of seeds made from a mixture of clay, compost, and seeds. Seedbombs are becoming an increasingly popular means of transforming the forgotten spaces of the urban environment. Seedbombs contain hundreds of native seeds and once thrown, Seedbombs have the ability to lay dormant for up to a year. Once they receive a little sun and water, they’ll sprout in just a few days and begin to grow.

These Seedbombs are possible through Micro Empowering, a volunteer – based nonprofit organization that provides product advisor services, technology, and seed funds to help low income individuals and social entrepreneurs to obtain sustainable income.

For more information, you can check out their website and grab some Seedbombs or other fun sustainable gifts for the holiday season! Then, enter below!

Good Luck!
