Have you seen New Dress a Day? I love the idea of taking used and worn clothing found at flea markets, garage sales, vintage and thrift stores and transforming them into fabulous pieces for your wardrobe. Marissa is giving herself 365 days, 365 items of clothing, and 365 dollars to turn other people’s trash into her treasures. This really, really, really makes me want to start sewing again.

LOVE IT!!! We use old clothing to make catnip toys and it feels great! We use the clothing for the toys themselves as well as the stuffing!
