My dream grocery store is opening in Austin, Texas – in.gredients will be the first zero-waste, package free grocery store in the United States. In.gredients will offer a wide selection of dairy, oils, produce, grains, sugars, spices, wine, beer, cleaners and more – all package free. You bring your own containers, fill them up with goodies, then bring them back when you need more. You can buy as much or little as you need. Good for the environment, good for us and good for our communities. Sign me up!
I have my fingers crossed that this will catch on and that an in.gredients will open up in South Florida.
