I love this solar powered ice pops truck – a fun project lead by Jason Anello and designed by Kelli Anderson. This solar powered ice pop truck sponsored by Sungevity, not only runs on solar power but shows the public via fun diagrams that reveal that amount of energy needed to fuel human consumption compared to the amount of energy that the sun provides everyday! Oh, and did I mention that they are handing out FREE ice pops on top of that? Fantastic.
P.S. This has always been a dream of mine – an orange solar powered ice cream truck – well, except mine would be handing out organic homemade ice cream sandwiches. And wouldn’t Sweet Greens be the perfect name? I wonder if Sungevity would sponsor one for us in South Florida? 😉
