It was a nice and warm spring day here yesterday. The mister and I sat on our front porch sipping cups of ginger peach tea. When Eben came home, we made a children’s see through composter (more info coming soon). Eben and I decided that it is the perfect time of year to make ice cream sandwiches. So, I was excited to see these directions for making your own ice cream sandwiches at Twig and Thistle. The only change that I would make is to use organic ingredients, of course.
